Well, I took a trip to the hospital!

Against my wishes, I went to the hospital last tonight. At about noon I started tingling all over. It got really intense. My face, arms, hands, tummy, you name it. It was making me feel horrible and got me worrying. I called the doc and they were concerned it was my blood pressure. So they sent me to the hospital.

Fun. So we went to labor and delivery (which was nice because I didn't have to go thru the ER). They hooked me up to a fetal monitor and the contraction monitor and there I laid for about 2 hours. My bp was actually lower than usual. It ranged from 105/70 to 113/68. Who knows!!! We never found out the reason for the tingling!

Nurse Kelly asked me if I felt the contractions and I said no, but I was having them every two minutes like clockwork! Strange! She ended up checking me and there wasn't much change at all from my last appointment so it was determined I was just in early labor and she said I could do that for two more weeks! Hopefully my doc won't let that happen.

So they released me and I just have to keep my appointment on Wednesday and drink more water.

She said Dawson sounded happy and stress-free which is great! We got to hear his heartbeat and hear him kicking and moving for two hours :)

Anyway, I'm at home today because sadly enough I'm NOT ready. I don't have my bag packed still. So. Guess what I'm doing today?

Scary! I'm glad everything was ok though. I got to spend 20 minutes on the monitor listening to G's heartbeat once and it was the coolest...even though I was a little nervous since they were concerned it was too low. Hope you have him a little early!!!
