Some pictures...

I had my monthly OB appointment today.  Dr. S said all was well and that "Dawson sounded happy".  The heartbeat was great and I was measuring great (first time to measure the belly).  He said I was OK to travel next month to Chicago...and he said "I'm sorry" to my severe groin soreness.  I was like "thanks".  LOL.  He said the baby was probably just really low on my "area" and causing pressure.  Anyway, looks like I will have this the duration of the pregnancy.  Oh, I have gained 3 lbs.

The first picture is me at 22 weeks...

I went by AFG (fertility clinic) today and dropped off a cake that my MIL made.  I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone there...cheesy, I know, but the people at the office made the above miracle happen.  We wouldn't have been able to conceive on our own.  They have given us the greatest gift we could ever hope for.  The first picture is the cake...the second picture is the top of the cake.  My MIL made the top layer strawberry and the bottom layer white.  All I can say is YUM.  She is just good.

I hope they liked the cake...and I hope they know how appreciative I am.  They are special people.

The next picture is of the baby birds that mom was feeding at the lake with tweezers.  All I can say is gross.  When I first got to the boat she told me that we had a job to do while we were there.  That job was to feed worms WITH TWEEZERS to the baby birds because we were leaving the dock area...the parents wouldn't be able to follow!  OK.  I am pregnant and I have a VERY VERY easily triggered gag reflex.  I politely told her no.  LOL.  Anyway, here are the birds...

This was a funny picture of Tobey when we were getting the boys ready to leave.  We got Zach all collared up and ready to go and Tobey decides he is going to hang on to Zach's leash because we were NOT going to leave him.  LOL.  He held on for the longest time.  He was cracking us up.

This next picture totally cracked me up.  Matt wrapped up a bowl full of food (I don't even remember what it was now).  I guess this is a man's way of wrapping up the bowl.  It is totally covered with aluminum foil!

Anyway, that concludes the picture show.
