25 Weeks & Pre-nesting

So, I am 25 weeks (as of yesterday).  I cannot believe it!  How many times do I say, "I cannot believe it" after my weekly posts? Oh well, I'll say it again, I cannot believe it!  I told myself I would NOT do a naked belly shot but I couldn't resist. I am still in awe at how big it is getting!  No stretch marks as of yet!

This picture is of me at 25 weeks and 1 day, in my "weekly belly shot maternity shirt" and in a bathroom (it is either at my home bathroom or work bathroom).  Mom says I need to smile.  I am concentrating too hard to smile!

I think I have been pre-nesting.  Is it too early to start nesting?  I hate cleaning, but I got on a roll the last few days.  Dawson's bedding comes in tomorrow (or it is supposed to) and the office/nursery is a wreck.  Anyway, I have been a cleaning machine.

I have gotten two VERY cute gifts from two special people...The first gift was given to me last Friday from a co-worker, Angie, out of our Mississippi Office.  This was ADORABLE!  I hear the sleeper gowns are all the rage and they are GREAT for mommy & baby!  Here is a picture!  Thank you, Angie!!!!

The second ADORABLE gift came from a blogger friend named, Ashley.  I received this on Tuesday of this week.  This is my first personalized gift for the "D-man"!  Thank you, Ashley!  AND, the gift is featured on the boutique's website!  Check out the blog!  We are halfway down the page...http://laurengraceboutique.blogspot.com/

I emptied out the baby bed and started filling up the bed with all of the gifts I have received or I have purchased throughout this fertility struggle and pregnancy, and I didn't realize that I had so much already!  I have such a long way to go and a short time to get there!

OK, so this is what is going on with Dawson this week...off of babycenter.com.  (again, they alternate boy and girl every other week).

How your baby's growing

Head to heels, your baby now measures about 13 1/2 inches. Her weight — a pound and a half — isn't much more than an average rutabaga, but she's beginning to exchange her long, lean look for some baby fat. As she does, her wrinkled skin will begin to smooth out and she'll start to look more and more like a newborn. She's also growing more hair — and if you could see it, you'd now be able to discern its color and texture.
